摘要 目的确定多焦视网膜电图(ERG)的正常值和分析不同部位视网膜刺激反应密度的差异,为客观评价后极部视网膜病变的功能提供参考依据。方法Veris视网膜功能分析仪检查19例(38眼)扩瞳正常眼,对后极部视网膜局部反应振幅和潜伏期进行分析。结果正常眼黄斑区中央3°内多焦视网膜电图检查局部反应密度振幅高,后极部视网膜局部分析表明多焦视视网膜电图a、b、c波振幅和潜伏期有不同程度的差异。结论正常眼视网膜后极部由于感光细胞解剖分布的不同。 ObjectiveTo confirm the normal values of multifocal electroretinogram (ERG) and investigate inter individual variation of different local retinal response densities,and to provide a foundation of objective functional evaluation for retinal diseases.Methods38 normal eyes(19 cases)were examined with Veris retinal function analyzer.Response values and latency were statistically analysed in trace responses,4 quadrant groups and 6 concentric rings.ResultsThe response densities in multifocal ERG were high within 3° of the macular region in normal eyes,and were especially higher at the macular fovea.There were some differences in response amplitude and latency of a,b,c wave in the posterior retinal area.ConclusionThe differences in normal response densities in multifocal ERGs might be caused by a different distribution of retinal sensor cells.
