研究目的:旨在通过应用研究,为今后开展1:1万县级土地利用数据库省级集成应用提供技术方法和工作思路。研究方法:系统分析和实证分析。研究结论:建立省级1:1万县级土地利用数据库集成应用系统,可形成协调、高效、统一的土地利用信息化管理和共享机制,使土地利用数据库面向、国家、省、市、县四级土地管理,更好地服务于国土资源管理各项工作。

Conclusion of research： methods and work ideas to the future provincial level through application research. Method of research： system by establishing the provincial level integration system of 1：10,000 county level land use database, the coordinated, efficient and unified managing and sharing mechanism of land use informatization can be formed, and the land use database will serve the national, provincial, municipal and county level land management and provide better services to various works of land and resources administration.
