从内容管理到知识管理是国土资源信息化的发展方向。本文结合信息化建设工作实践,提出了"五表一图"的需求分析方法。通过分析目前需求分析存在的主要问题、"五表一图"的内容、使用方法和实践案例,阐述如何通过该方法挖掘出真实、完整、准确的业务需求,提高建设系统的知识管理能力。

From the content management to knowledge management is the development direction of IT applications in land and resources management. Based on the informatization practices this paper puts forward the demand analysis method of ＂Five Tables and One Chart＂ . Through analyzing the main problems in the demand analysis, the content, application method and practical cases of ＂Five Tables and One Chart＂ , this paper elaborates how to use this method to find out the true, complete and accurate business demand, and enhance the knowledge management ability of the construction system.
