摘要
目的探索肾病变眼部并发症早期视网膜功能的损害程度及其规律,以寻求对肾病患者视功能的有效保护措施。方法对肾病住院患者37人74眼眼底检查有早期肾性视网膜病变者进行了视网膜电图(ERG)检测,同时以健康者35人70眼作对照组。结果1.肾病组ERGb波波幅(360.66±81.89μV),明显低于对照组(436.8±71.08μV),(P<0.01);2.肾病组ERG异常的发生率为56眼(62.16%)明显高于对照组的13眼(18.57%)(P<0.001);3.不同肾病变各组ERGb波幅相比较无明显差异;4.肾病变者不同眼底改变各组(A组:370.81±70,84μV,B组:350.06±83.76μV,C组:343.86±108.89μV)与对照组相比b波幅明显降低(P<0.01)。结论ERGb波幅值的降低反映了肾性视网膜病变的早期功能改变。
ObjectiveTo investigate the degree and frequency of early functional damage to the retina due to ocular complications of kidney disease,and to explore early effective treatments and ways to prevent functional retinal damage in patients with kidney disease.Methods37 cases(74 eyes)of patients with early renal retinopathy were examined by electroretinogram(ERG).35 cases(70 eyes)of healthy subjects were taken as the normal control.ResultsIn the kidney disease group,the b wave amplitudes(360.66± 81.89 μV) were significantly lower than those of the control group(436.8±71.08μV)( P <0.01).The frequency of abnormal ERG(56 eyes, 62.16% )was significantly higher than that of control group(13 eyes,18.57%)( P <0.01).The b wave amplitudes among different groups with kidney disease patients showed no marked differences.The b wave amplitudes of groups with different ocular fundus changes (Group A∶370.81±70.84μV;Group B∶350.06±83.76μV;Group C∶343.86±108.89μV)were markedly decreased as compared with those of the normal control group(Control group∶436.8±71.08μV).ConclusionThis study indicates that the decrease of ERG b wave amplitude is reduced in early renal retinopathy,reflecting early functional damage to the retina.This study has reference value to evaluate retinal function in patients with organic retinal damage due to renal retinopathy.
