四川普通高校高水平运动队建设的现状分析及发展对策研究

Current Situation and Development Countermeasures for High Level Sports Teams in Colleges and Universities of Sichuan

高校试办高水平运动队,是我国培养优秀体育人才的一项重大措施。通过对四川省普通高校高水平运动队建设现状的分析发现:生源不足、经费短缺、学训矛盾、场馆使用冲突、参赛机会少、管理体制落后等方面是制约四川高校高水平运动队发展的主要因素;对此,提出了改革选拔机制、争取企业赞助和行政拨款、完善学籍管理解决学训矛盾、加强竞赛体系和机制建设等具体对策,为四川省高校高水平运动队建设提供参考。

Running high level sports teams in ordinary universities is a significant measure to cultivate outstanding sports talents in China.Through analyzing the present situation in running high level sports teams in colleges and universities of Sichuan province,the author finds that the main elements restricting the development of the high level sports teams are： lack of students,short of funds,conflicts between learning and training,conflicts in space-use,lack of competition opportunities,stick-in-the-mud management system.Countermeasures have been put forward to solve all the above problems.
