普高师体育专业“岗位主导”教学模式的实践探索

Exploration and Practice of "Position-led" Teaching Model of Physical Education in Normal Universities

为追求高校体育教育阶段效益和长远效益的最大化,培养社会所需的各类体育型建设人才。该文以岗位需求主导调整教学内容,提出普高师体育专业"岗位主导"教学模式的思路;以专业培养目标所确定的岗位需求,选择主导专业的课程结构和课程内容;以项目为载体组织课程内容,带动课程教学实施。使学生在完成项目学习的过程中,获得岗位综合能力,以实现面向行业的体育专业人才培养目标。

To maximize the stage and the long-term benefits of college physical education to cultivate various types of sports talents for society.In this paper,＇position-led＇ is employed to adjust the teaching content and puts forward the ＇position-led＇ teaching model for physical education in normal universities： to determine training objective and course structure and contents according to the need of position;to organize course contents with projects as carrier to promote the implementation of teaching.In the completion of the project,the students obtain comprehensive ability to hunt jobs and we achieve the goal of training sports talents.
