摘要
培养大批具有创新精神和创新教育能力的教师,是中国实现2020年建成创新型国家的一项不可或缺的基础工程,也是师范教育改革的重要目标之一。绵阳师范学院经过长期的探索与实践,形成了以创新学院为平台,辐射并指导全校各个院系的创新教育优秀师资培养模式。这种模式通过学生学习、教师教学、教学管理、校园文化和机构设置,把创新教育全面融入师范教育,开发并强化师范生的创新思维与实践能力,为素质教育培养出具有创新精神与创新教育能力的教师,也为师范教育改革提供了重要启示。
To train innovation talents is to meet the needs of building China into a country of innovation by 2020 and obtaining the goals of educational reforms in normal universities.Experienced a long term practice,Mianyang Normal University has established an effective training pattern for innovation talents,in which the school of innovation is set up as an organizer and guild for offering innovation education for students who major in different specialized subjects.This model is proved to be effective because it fuses innovation education and teachers' training in such aspects as students' self-learning,classroom teaching,teaching and learning management,campus culture construction and establishment of organizing bodies.This model also offers an enlightened approach to educational reforms in normal universities,because it aims at strengthening students' creative thinking and competence so that all students could be trained into would-be teachers with creative thinking and competence.
