摘要
由于传统意识的束缚和农村自治制度的不足,目前农村集体资源的管理还处于非常混乱的局面,难以实现其应有的市场价值。本文将探讨如何完善农村民主管理制度,强化农民对集体资源的主体性地位,以实现广大群众对集体资源的平等权利和农村资源的效益最大化。
Owning to the restraints of traditional consciousness and the flaws of autonomy in rural areas,the management of collective resources in countryside is still in disorder,leading to hardness to realize the market value.This paper discusses about how to improve the country democratic management system and strengthen farmers＇ subjective status for collective resources in order to offer farmers equal rights for sharing the collective resources and maximize benefits brought by such sources.
