摘要
本文将后选择效用评价引入面向利润的推荐算法,并进而构建了一个有利于保持顾客满意度和企业收益的模型(MAPS)以求在保持顾客的基础上实现利润。仿真实验结果说明,在考虑顾客满意度纳入的模型中,使用以追求净利润最大化单一目标的推荐策略,会导致多次推荐后利润明显下降;而采用本文提出的推荐方法可以在巩固客户保持力的同时兼顾相对稳定的利润率。
Different from those recommendation algorithms which set their targets merely on the maximization of profit,we suggest a model-MAPS(Mining Algorithm toward Profit and Satisfaction) to emphasize the profit creation based on the retention of customers.We have modeled that,with the consideration of customer satisfaction,pure pursuit of monetary income could turn out to be a counterproductive recommendation strategy.Sellers' consideration for long-term increased revenue can also be achieved while maintaining consumers' satisfaction,because it shows in our experiment using synthetic data that there are positive results in these two aspects.
