当前农民价值观的问题及对策——以川东北农村农民为例

Current Problems about Farmers' Value Outlooks and Solutions:A Case Study of Farmers in the Northeast Parts of Sichuan Province

新农村建设的主体是广大农民,农民的思想政治素质和科学文化素质优劣关系到新农村建设的成效。因此,建设新农村的重要前提之一是培育具有现代化品质和高素质的现代农民。当前,农民价值观存在的一些突出问题影响到新农村建设的可持续发展,应当引起我们的重视。

Being the subjectivity,farmers are playing a significant role in building the socialist new countryside.Such qualities as their political ideology,educational level,and technical skills,have an impact on the qualities of the new countryside building.Therefore,it is of necessity to cultivate farmers with high qualities to meet the needs of the time.However,there exist some problems in their value outlooks,which have already become hindrance for a substantial development in the rural areas.This paper thinks such problems need attention and offers some solutions to those problems.
