Mao's Concepts on Cadres and their Contemporary Value

毛泽东同志作为中国共产党的重要领导者,历来重视干部在党内、在革命中的作用。他赞同斯大林"干部决定一切"的观点,认为在干部这个问题上,一要注意防止腐败,二要注意任人唯贤,三要注意加强教育,以确保中共不会踏入"人亡政息"的怪圈。本文叙述了毛泽东同志在不同时期,不同历史背景下,其干部观点的表现和成熟过程,这些是他给中国共产党自身建设留下的宝贵财富。

Comrade Mao Zedong always attached importance to cadres in the Party,and their roles in the revolution,and agreed with Stalin＇s point of view that ＂cadres decide everything＂.In his view,the issue should be especially cadres,to prevent corruption,but also merit-based to ensure that China does not follow the vicious circle of ＂Renwangzhengxi＂（losing power by losing people）.This paper describes Mao Zedong＇s concepts on cadres at different times and in different historical background,because such concepts are Mao＇s ideas of self-construction of the Chinese Communist Party,which has been left to us as a valuable asset.
