综合疗法治疗儿童弱视1045眼疗效分析

The effect of 1045 amblyopic eyes with comprehensive treatment in children

本文选用综合疗法治疗儿童弱视共５７０例１０４５眼，总治愈率为７３．１１％。轻度弱视治愈率为８７．０７％，中度弱视治愈率为８１．１４％，重度弱视治愈率为４７．２２％，中心注视治愈率为７８．６５％，旁中心注视为１７．０２％。屈光不正性弱视治愈率为８２．７６％，屈光参差性为４３．０８％，斜视性为４６．１％，形觉剥夺性为２５％。本组治疗效果与弱视的类型、程度、注视性质及年龄均有着密切关系，弱视程度越轻效果越好。中心注视者疗效远高于旁中心者，各类型的弱视中以屈光不正性疗效最佳。

Abstract The purpose of this paper is to report the results of comprehensive treatment method in 570 cases (1045 eyes) of amblyopic children.The total recovery rate was 73 11%,while the minimal degress of amblyopia was 87 07%,moderate degree 81 14%,severe degree 47 22%,central fixation 78 65%,eccentric fixation 17 02%,ametropic amblyopia 87 76%,anisometropic amblyopia 43 08%,strabismic amblyopia 46 1%,form vision deprivation amblyopia 25%,There as a strong correlation with age,degree,ficxation character and types of amblyopia.It has been our experience that the minimal degree and central fixation amblyopia have the better effect and by far the ametropic amblyopia was the best in response to treatment.The comprensive treatment was superior to one method treatment.
