Analysis of perioperative complications of permanent cardiac pacemaker implantation

目的总结和分析永久心脏起搏器植入情况,旨在减少相关并发症,提高起搏器功效。方法回顾性分析56例永久心脏起搏器置入患者资料,分析并发症发生的原因、处理方法和结果。结果手术成功率100%,并发症发生率14.3%,其中囊袋血肿5例,起搏器综合征2例,电极脱位1例。结论起搏器术后并发症是影响疗效的主要问题,加强术前预防、选择生理性起搏、术中规范操作、术后观察随访,可将并发症减少到最低限度,使之发挥最佳效益。

Objective To sum up and analyze the implantation of permanent cardiac pacemaker so as to reduce the relative incidence of complications and raise the pacemaker＇s efficiency.Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted concerning 56 patients with permanent pacemaker implantation.Summary was made in terms of the causes,the treatment and the result of perioperative complications.Results All operations were well conducted with success rate of 100%,rate of complication 14.3%,among which 5 developed bag haematomas,2 had pacemaker syndrome and 1 had electrode dislocated.Conclusion Complications after pacemaker implantation are the main concern that affects therapeutic results.The best way to minimize complications and optimize therapeutic effect is to enforce prevention before operation,select physiological pacing,normalize operation and ensure follow-up visit.
