摘要
三元件串联LLC谐振变换器由于其高效率、高功率密度及软开关特性,成为目前热点研究的直流变换器之一。在对三元件串联LLC谐振直流变换器进行工作原理分析、电路仿真和工作状态解析的基础上,提出了一种快速和普遍适用的基于三元件串联LLC谐振AC/DC变换器的设计及计算方法,最后试制了一台300W的三元件串联LLC谐振AC/DC变换器样机,其较高的变换效率证明了该变换器的优势,样机的输入电压电流和谐振电流波形验证了该设计和计算方法的正确性。
Three components series LLC resonant DC/DC converter is one of the most popular DC/DC converters.Based on the circuit simulation and theoretic analysis,a fast and universal design strategy and calculation for AC/DC converter based on three components series LLC resonant DC/DC converter is proposed.Finally,an AC/DC converter based on three components series LLC resonant DC/DC converter is designed and built up.Its high efficiency verifies the advantages of this circuit,and the input voltage and current and the resonant current wave verify the correctness of the design strategy and calculation.
