摘要
在无桥Boost功率因数校正器的基础上,采用耦合电感和两个二极管与开关管并联的方式,实现开关管体二极管零电流关断。同时将所有电感元件集成到一个磁芯上,提高了利用率,并利用耦合电感的漏感使并联支路二极管反向恢复电流降低,减少了电路反向恢复损耗。阐述了功率因数校正的原理,给出了单周期控制无桥Boost变换器实现功率因数校正的控制目标和实现方式,并采用基于单周期控制的专用芯片IR1150,进行实验验证。
Based on the traditional bridgeless Boost PFC convertera,novel circuit which can achieve zero current turn-off the body diodes of the power switches by using a coupled inductor and two additional diodes is presented.All inductive components are realized on a single magnetic core and utilize the leakage inductance of the coupled inductor to reduce the additional diodes reverse-recovery losses.The principle of PFC is expounded,and the aim and the way of one cycle control are given.On this basis experimental results of the circuit by utilizing IR1150 IC are presented.
