摘要
随着社会的发展和用户对用电质量的提高,现有交流调压器存在一定不足,故这里采用交流斩控电路+补偿变压器方式设计了单相交流补偿调压装置,实现对负载电压快速、无触点、无级差调节,提高了调节电压质量。此外,针对交流斩控电路中的换流开路过压问题,采用新颖的基于电压方向的4步换流策略,只需检测输入电压方向即可实现安全换流。PIC单片机+CPLD的控制模式确保系统响应快速准确。实验结果表明,此调压装置安全可靠,响应快速,输出波形完整,具有良好的调压效果。
With the development of society and sharp increase of electricity consumptiont,he exiting AC voltage regulators still have some disadvantages,o a voltage regulator,which composes of compensation transformer and AC chopper technol-ogy is designed.It automatically adjust the voltage of load fast,no-contact,no-level.In additionf,or the problem of over open-passing voltage in AC chopping commutationi,t adopts a novel four-step switching sequence based on input voltage,only detect the polarity of voltages,imply and effectively solve the problem.The PIC MCU+CPLD control mode ensure that the system has a fast and accurate response.The experimental results show that the regulator is safer,eliablet,he waveform of output voltage sinusoidalr,esponse fast,and it has a good feature.
