改良翼状胬肉剥离联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植及丝裂霉素C应用

Effects of auto-corneal limbus stem cell transplantation combined with mitomycin C treatment in the improved pterygium surgery

目的探讨改良翼状胬肉剥离、自体角膜缘干细胞移植联合丝裂霉素C治疗翼状胬肉的临床效果和安全性。方法选取46例(50眼)翼状胬肉,采用改良翼状胬肉剥离、自体角膜缘干细胞移植联合丝裂霉素C进行治疗。术后进行随访观察。结果所有患者均接受了9～14(平均12)月以上的随访,有2例复发,没有发现任何并发症。结论改良翼状胬肉剥离、自体角膜缘干细胞移植联合丝裂霉素C应用是一种简便、安全有效的治疗翼状胬肉的方法。

Objective To explore the lcinical effect and safety of auto-corneal limbus stem cell transplantation combined with MMC in the treatment of improved pteryglum surgery. Method 46 patients （50 eyes） with pterygium received improved pterygium ex- cision operation. During the surgery, the entire pterygium wasstriped with corneal epithelium, bare sclera was exposed to 0.2 g/L MMC for 2 -3 min, the eyes were given auto corneal limbus stem cell transplantation. Results All the cases were followed up for 9 -14 months, averagely 12 months, the pterygium recurrence appeared in two eyes and no serious complication were observed. Conclusion These findings suggest that inthe pterygium improved surgey, auto-corneal limbus stem cell transplantation combined with topical MMC application is a convenient, safe and effective method for pterygium.
