巩膜层间引流池样小梁切除术治疗难治性青光眼

Scleral lamellar draining pool type trabeculectomy for refractory glaucoma

目的探讨巩膜层间引流池样小梁切除术治疗难治性青光眼的临床疗效。方法 34例(38眼)难治性青光眼施行巩膜层间引流池样小梁切除术,术后观察其视力、前房、滤过泡和眼压等情况。结果术后眼压明显降低。滤过泡均为功能性滤过泡。视力保持不变或有所改善。并发症仅为早期浅前房和低眼压。结论巩膜层间引流池样小梁切除术应用于难治性青光眼,可有效地防止滤过泡的瘢痕组织形成,并发症少。

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of scleral lamellar draining pool type trabeculectomy on refractory glaucoma. Methods 34 cases （38 eyes） of refractory glaucoma were performed the scleral lamellar draining pool type trabeculectomy. After the surgery, anterior chamber intraocular pressure, vision and filtration bleb shape were observed. Results The post-operative intraocular pressure obviously lower compared with pre-operative. All of filtration blebs were the effective conjunctival follicles, the vision retained or improved; the complication were shallow of anterior chamber and ocular hypotony in the early period postoperatively. Conclusion Scleral lamellar draining pool type trabeculectomy used for refractory glaucoma, could efficiently prevent filtration bleb scar and reduce the complications.
