新生血管性青光眼保存视功能的治疗

The treatments on neovascutar glaucoma preserved visual function

目的探讨有视功能的新生血管性青光眼的不同治疗方法的疗效。方法根据病情不同,对患有新生血管性青光眼的眼球分别行广泛视网膜光凝、广泛视网膜冷凝、广泛视网膜光凝后的补充视网膜冷凝联合复合小梁切除术,房水引流导管植入术等组合手术9例(9眼)。结果 8眼眼压有效控制,视力提高。结论根据病情,积极采取不同方法治疗新生血管性青光眼,可有效保存或提高视功能。

Objective To explore visual function in neovascular glaucoma in the efficacy of different treatment methods. Methods According to different conditions, for 8 cases of 9 eyes with neovascular glaucoma were treated by panretinal photocoagulation （ PRP）, rule-retinal condensation, additional PRP in the retina after the joint compound condensing trabeculectomy, aqueous drainage catheter implantation surgery and other combinations 8 cases of 9 eyes. Results 8 eyes with intraocular pressure control, visual acuity was improved. Conclusion According to different conditions and actively take different approaches to the treatment of neovascular glaucoma, which can effectively preserve or enhance the visual function.
