摘要
阴影问题和光伏模块不匹配问题是光伏发电系统面临的主要问题之一。在无隔离变压器的光伏发电系统中还存在着漏电电流问题。对于解决这些问题,多电平变换器有着独特优势。文中介绍了各种多电平拓扑结构在解决阴影问题和光伏模块不匹配问题中的应用,分析并比较了各种多电平拓扑结构在无隔离变压器系统中解决漏电电流问题的优点和缺点,进而对多电平变换器的发展趋势做出展望。
In photovoltaic generation systems,the partial shades and the mismatching of photovoltaic array(PVA) are the main problems influencing efficiency.The transformerless photovoltaic generation systems exist the leakage current problem.To solve these problems,multilevel converters have a unique advantage.Firstly,the application of multilevel converters in solving the partial shades and the mismatching of PVA are introduced,and then the advantages and disadvantages of using different multilevel topologies to solve the leakage current potential problem in transformerless systems are analyzed and compared.Finally,some predictions of the future developments in this area are given.
