摘要
电池荷电状态(SOC)估计是电池管理系统的核心技术之一。蓄电池充放电电流在其状态参数的检测中有重要作用。基于锂离子蓄电池的充放电实验,设计了基于LabVIEW的锂离子蓄电池充放电电流采集系统。通过使用信号调理模块、多级滤波去除干扰技术和高精度的数据采集系统,实现了对锂离子蓄电池充放电电流的高精度采集。实验表明该系统适用于锂离子蓄电池充放电电流的检测,虚拟仪器仪表技术为数据采集系统提供丰富直观的信息。
State of charge(SOC) estimation is the core technology of battery management system.Data acquisition is the basis of all functions of battery management system.The charging current is the key research point for the state of the lithiumion traction batteries.This paper designs a charging current of battery state monitor system for the EV batteries based on LabVIEW.It uses data acquisition system with high precision.It realizes the lithiumion battery data acquisition for charging and discharging current.The experimental results indicate that the system has high precision,and it provide reliable conditions for the testing of the state of batteries.The virtual instrument technology provides rich visual information for data acquisition system.
