摘要
对几种不同配制方法配制的DNS(3,5-二硝基水杨酸)试剂测定木糖含量的效果进行研究。结果表明,除DNS3不适合测定木糖含量外,其它3种DNS试剂的测定效果均较好,其中DNS1在精密度、准确度和时间稳定性上均优于其它几种DNS试剂,是DNS法测木糖含量时的首选显色试剂。
The effect of different DNS reagents in determination of xylose content was studied. The results showed that DNS3 is not suitable for determining xylose content. But the other 3 DNS reagents all had perfect effects, DNS1 especially excelled the other DNS reagents in precision, accuracy and stability. Therefor, DNS1 is the preferred reagent in DNS colorimetric measurement of xylose content.
