摘要
为了更好地优化牛尾菜皂苷的提取工艺条件,采用有机溶剂回流法,在单因素的基础上采用正交试验确定最佳提取工艺,得出最佳提取参数为:提取液乙醇浓度70%,料液比1∶25(g∶mL),在60℃条件下回流提取5h。在此条件下进行提取,确定牛尾菜皂苷提取率为2.53%。经过验证证明该工艺稳定可行,适合于牛尾菜总皂苷的提取。
In order to optimize the extraction of saponins from Smilax riparia, this article adopted the techniques of organic solvent method, and the optimum technical condition of extracting Smilax riparia saponin was decided by orthogonal design based on single-factor experiment. The result showed that the extraction condition of 70 % alcohol,1 ∶25 proportion of material and solvent,extracting for 5 hours at 60 ℃ was the optimum condition. Under these conditions above, the average purity extraction rate of Smilax riparia saponin achieves to 2.53 %. The results demonstrate that the total Smilax riparia saponins can be steadily obtained by the optimization of the extraction technology,and this technics suits for the extraction of total saponins from smilax.
