几种高效液相色谱法检测面粉中过氧化苯甲酰的比较

Comparing Several HPLC Methods of Determination of Benzoyl Peroxide in Wheat Flour

目前对于过氧化苯甲酰的检测主要采用高效液相色谱法,其样品的前处理方法对检测结果有着很大影响。对现在采用比较广泛的碘化钾法,盐酸羟胺法,无水亚硫酸钠法,亚铁氰化钾法,直接检测法进行比较,对其检测效果进行对比和评价。通过试验表明,Na2S2O3法与直接检测法较其它方法有优势,可根据不同情况使用。

Nowadays, the main method of determination of benzoyl peroxide is by using HPLC. The methods of pretreatment of sample pose great effect to the result of determination. In this study, we compare several methods of pretreatment, include KI method, NH2OH·HCl method, Na2S2O3 method, potassium ferrocyanide method and direct detection, to study the effect among different methods. Through the experiment, the Na2S2O3 method and direct detection method is superior to other methods. We can use either according to the condition.
