摘要
采用高效液相色谱法测定火龙果茎中VE异构体的含量。确定较好的样品预处理方法。以98%甲醇为流动相,在KROMASIL-100-C18色谱柱上,柱温30℃,检测波长295nm条件下,α-VE线性方程为A=0.17709C-0.02632,线性相关系数为0.99965,检出限为65μg/L,平均回收率107.4%。γ-VE线性方程为A=0.12902C-0.03506,线性相关系数为0.99987,检出限为40μg/L,平均回收率101.5%。
The content of tocopherol in the stems of pitaya was determined by HPLC. A suitable pretreatment was set up. The determination was performed in KROMASIL-100-C18 colum at 30 ℃ with a mobile phase of 98 % methanol. The tocopherol was determined at 295 nm. The linearity equation of α-tocopherol was A=0.177 09C-0.026 32, r=0.999 65, the lower limit of determination of α-tocopherol was 65 μg/L and the average recovery was 107.4 %. The linearity equation of γ-tocopherol was A=0.129 02C-0.035 06, r=0.999 87, the lower limit of determination of γ-tocopherol was 40 μg/L and the average recovery was 101.5 %.
