摘要 研究开发一种新型的转鼓式固态发酵装置,阐述其结构和工作原理。该装置操作方便,物料可完成三维方向运动并被均匀搅拌,保证定量加水和通气,能维持微生物的生长环境。利用该装置,以豆粕和米糠为固态培养基,固体发酵生产冬虫夏草多糖。通过对接种量、温度、空气相对湿度和培养时间的研究,初步确定在豆粕∶米糠为1∶2(质量比)固体培养基发酵生产冬虫夏草多糖的最适条件为:接种量20%、温度26℃、空气相对湿度为60%和培养时间7d。 A new rotating drum solid state fermentation bioreactor was developed, and its structure and principle was introduced. The bioreactor was easy to operate, the materials could move in three-dimensional direction, and could be evenly mixed. When the bioreactor process, the microorganisms could grow in homogeneous environment due to the distribution of water and ventilation was uniform in bioreactor. Using the bioreactor, Cordyceps sinensis polysaccharide was prepared by solid fermentation with soybean meal and rice bran(1∶2, w/w) as raw materials of medium. Through orthogonal test, the optimum inoculation amount, fermentation temperature, air relative humidity and fermentation time were confirmed to be 20 %, 26 ℃, 60 %,and 7 days, respectively.
