摘要
列举了我军装备试验与部队实战训练脱节现象的表现,从制度层面和技术层面对其进行分析,得出了领导部门、管理体制以及六个差异(环境差异、人员差异、对抗差异、合成差异、程序差异、心态差异)等方面的原因,以期为今后探索二者融合发展之路奠定基础。
The disjointed phenomenon of equipment test and actual combat training in our army is enumerated,and the reasons of this phenomenon are analyzed from the aspects of system reason and technique reason.The reasons of leading department,management system and six differences（such as environment difference,person difference,confrontation difference,compound difference,program difference,and attitude difference）are summarized,which is expected to lay foundation for the future research on the integrated development.
