摘要
目的探讨阿尔茨海默病(AD)和脑梗死(CI)在脑干听觉诱发电位(ABR)检测中的特点。方法应用美国Nicolet Bravo脑电生理仪及Click短声刺激,引出被试者的ABR,并比较其在C(In=31)、AD(n=27)和健康老人(NC,n=40)中的区别。结果三组被试者绝对潜伏期波Ⅲ(Pz脑区)、绝对波幅波Ⅲ(Pz脑区)和波Ⅴ(Pz脑区)差异有统计学意义(<0.01)。波Ⅲ(Pz脑区)的绝对潜伏期,AD组明显延迟于NC组和CI组(<0.01);波Ⅲ(Pz脑区)的绝对波幅,AD组低于NC组和CI组(<0.01);绝对波幅波Ⅴ(Pz脑区)AD组也低于NC组和CI组(<0.01)。除波Ⅴ外,CI组与NC组上述指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(>0.05)。结论 ABR对临床辅助诊断AD和CI有一定参考价值。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of auditory brainstem response (ABR) in patients with Alzheimer's disease (AD) and cerebral infarction(CI). Methods The ABRs were elicited from 31 CI patients,27 AD patients and 40 normally age-matched controls(NC) by presenting them clicks using a Nicolet Bravo Instrument. Results Significant differences of ABRs among 3 subject groups were found with both latencies(Pz/wave Ⅲ) and amplitudes (Pz/wave Ⅲ and V)(P0.01).Compared with NC group and CI group,AD group showed prolonged Ⅲ latency(from Pz)(P0.01),and lower wave Ⅲ(from Pz) and wave V (from Pz ) amplitude (P0.01). Conclusions ABR is helpful for the diagnosis of AD and CI.
