基于MATLAB的金属裂纹AE信号数字滤波方法

摘要 本文提出了一种基于MATLAB的金属裂纹AE(声发射)信号实时有限冲激响应数字滤波器的设计方法。针对金属裂纹AE信号的特征分析,结合MATLAB软件,确定有限冲激响应滤波器的特征参数,设计出满足指标要求的数字滤波器,将所设计的有限冲激响应滤波器在数字信号处理器中通过软件实现。实验结果表明,该方法设计的滤波器实时性好、精度高,能满足后续检验的性能要求。 The design method of real-time finite impulse response digital filter based on MATLAB is presented.The characteristic of metal crack acoustic emission signal is analyzed first,and then based on Matlab software,the correlative parameters of the finite impulse response filter are confirmed,and accordingly the filter met the target requirement is designed.Thereafter,this filter designed is implemented by digital signal processor.The experimental results show that the digital filter designed has good real-time performance and high precision,and can meet the requirement of inspection in succession.
