摘要
角振动台是产生回转式振动激励的装置,其设计制造的关键问题是激磁磁场的产生,但电磁线圈会造成大量的损耗,由此产生的热量会影响被校传感器的测量精度。本文采用有限元分析软件ANSYS,对某角振动台的电磁部分产生的热源进行了分析,验证了振动台的发热达标情况,整个分析的结论为台体散热设计提供依据。
Angular vibration rig is a device of generating rotary vibrational excitation,the key question of its design and manufacture is the generation of the magnetic field excitation.The electromagnetic coil will bring forth a mass of loss,so the heat therefrom will influence the measuring accuracy of sensor.In this paper,ANSYS,as a tool of finite element analysis software,is used to analyze the heat source produced by the electromagnetic part of the angular vibration rig,and to validate if the heat generation of the vibration rig come up to the standard.The whole conclusions of the analysis provide a design basis for the heat dissipation of the vibration rig.
