HPLC测定南方菟丝子中槲皮素和山萘酚的含量

Determination of quercetin and kaempferol in the seeds of Cuscuta australis by HPLC

目的：建立南方菟丝子中槲皮素和山萘酚的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法：采用ＹＷＧ－Ｃ１８柱，甲醇４ｇ·Ｌ－１磷酸（５５∶４５）为流动相，检测波长３６０ｎｍ。结果：该法回收率槲皮素为１０２８％，山萘酚为９６７％；ＲＳＤ槲皮素为２６％，山萘酚为０８％（ｎ＝５）。结论：本测定方法为菟丝子类药材质量评价提供了可靠的依据。

OBJECTIVE:To establish an assay of quercetin and kaempferol in the seeds of Cuscuta australis R.Br.with high performance liquid chromatography. METHOD:YWG-C 18 (10μm,250mm×4 6mm)was packed in the analytical column.The mobile phase consisted of methanol 4g·L -1 phosphoric acid solution (55∶45).The detection wavelength was 360nm. RESULTS:The average recoveries of quercetin and daempferol were 102 8% and 96 7% respectlively;RSD were 2.6% and 0.8% respectively. CONCLUSION:This method could be used for the quality evaluation of Cuscuta.
