精氨酸和精氨酸生素对断奶仔猪氧化应激的影响 被引量:17

Effects of L-Arginine and Arginine Activator Additive on Oxidative Stress Caused by Weaning in Early-weaned Piglets

摘要 本文比较研究了日粮中添加精氨酸(L-Arginine,Arg)和精氨酸生素(Arginine activator additive,AAA)对早期断奶仔猪氧化应激的影响。试验选用84头21日龄断奶的长×大仔猪(5.56±0.07kg),共12栏,分为3个处理组(4栏/处理,7头/栏)。分别饲喂基础日粮(SD)、SD+AAA(0.08%)或SD+Arg(0.6%),试验期为7d。结果表明:与对照组相比,Arg和AAA添加组中血清Arg浓度、平均日增重(ADG)及肠道重均显著增加(P<0.05),血清皮质醇(COR)、丙二醛(MDA)及尿素氮(BUN)浓度显著降低(P<0.05);与对照相比,AAA添加组血清谷胱甘肽(GSH)水平显著增加(P<0.05),腹泻率、血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性及肠粘膜MDA浓度显著降低(P<0.01),而Arg添加组中上述四者无显著变化,且Arg添加组中空肠黏膜GSH水平显著降低(P<0.01)。与Arg添加组相比,AAA添加组中血清GSH、铜锌过氧化物歧化酶(CuZn-SOD)及黏膜GSH显著增加(P<0.05),并且肠粘膜MDA降低了32.9%。因此,日粮添加AAA或Arg均促进断奶仔猪的生长性能的提高,缓解断奶引起的氧化应激,但与Arg相比,AAA不仅更有效降低了MDA的水平,而且提高了断奶仔猪的抗氧化系统功能,从而更好的缓解了氧化应激,缓解了肠黏膜的氧化损伤。 To assess the effects of L-Arginine (Arg) and Arginine activator additive (AAA) on antioxidant systems in early-weaned piglets,eighty-four healthy Landrace×Yorkshine piglets (weight 5.56±0.07 kg) weaned at 21 d,were randomly divided into three treatment groups.Piglets were supplied with one of the following diets for 7 days: a standard diet (SD),SD+AAA (0.08%) or SD+Arg (0.6%),respectively.There were four pens of pigs per diet (7 pigs/ pen).The results showed: compared with the control group,dietary supplementation with AAA or Arg increased level of serum Arg,ADG and intestinal growth (P〈0.05),and decreased COR,MDA and BUN (P〈0.05);dietary supplementation with AAA increased serum GSH (40%) and decreased diarrhea ratio,activity of serum ALT and GSH in mucosa markedly (P〈0.01),but these were not found in Arg supplementation group;and interestingly,Arg significantly decreased GSH in jejunal mucosa (P〈0.05).Compared with Arg group,serum GSH,CuZn-SOD and GSH in mucosa increased significantly (P〈0.05),and decreased MDA by 32.9%.These findings indicated that AAA and Arg supplementation improved growth performance of weaned piglets and alleviated the oxidative stress,but compared with Arg,AAA exerted more effectively than Arg in the piglets by scavenging MDA and improving the antioxidant systems in serum and jejunal mucosa.
