本文通过对南京十多家健身场馆从业人员资质现状进行调查分析,发现健身指导从业人员资质参差不齐,取得职业资格证书渠道多种,教练员所持证书多样,健身场馆对健身指导从业人员资质要求不一,对健身从业人员的培训也不够系统等问题,并针对健身从业人员的资质管理提出建议与对策。

By Research and Analyses on coach’s qualification in the dozens of Sport Fitness clubs in Nanjing,it appears that coaches’ qualification are uneven and has a variety of channels to get a varied certification.In the Sport Fitness clubs it has different requirements on the qualification of coaches and unsystematic training,so this article gives some advice on management of coach’s qualification.
