江苏省青少年健美操培训管理现状的研究

本文通过对江苏省青少年健美操各培训点及各层次管理人员的访谈调研,分析目前我省健美操培训在管理方面两条主线和三个层次的现有状况,透视其特点、存在原因、发展的规律,并提出培养骨干和领军人物、加强政策导向作用和职能部门的管理作用,发挥竞赛杠杆作用、增加人才承接模式等提供建议。
