蹦床训练中塞包保护法运用技巧探讨

安全是蹦床运动开展的基础、发展的前提,塞包保护法对保护者的责任心、保护意识、判断能力、对技术动作的理解水平、塞包方法等有较高的要求。本研究通过教学训练及竞赛实践结合相关文献资料,对蹦床运动中塞包保护法的运用技巧进行归纳、总结,对保护位置、塞包时机、塞包方法等进行研究,为更有效地运用塞包保护法,提供理论依据和实践运用参考。通过研究得到以下结论:1塞包保护方法必须与运动员自我保护、其它保护措施、正确技术、良好身体状态、勇敢、果断的意志品质相联系,相融合。2.良好的预测能力、准确的判断力和果断的出手推包是塞包保护法有效实施的关键。3.高度的责任感、安全意识和注意力是塞包有效实施的前提。4.合适的保护垫、最短的路线、及时的出手才能保证塞包保护成功实施。

Trampoline safety is carried out based on the precondition of development sepau Protection Act on the protection of the sense of responsibility,conservation awareness,ability to judge the level of understanding of the technical movements,sepau methods have higher requirements.In this study,training and competition through the teaching practice of the relevant literature on the trampoline movement sepau Protection Act to summarize the use of techniques to sum up,the protection of location,timing plug pack,plug packet methods to study,for the more efficient use of plug Package Protection Act,provide the theoretical basis and practical application of reference.By studying the following conclusions：1 sepau protection must protect themselves with athletes,other protection measures,the right technology,good physical condition,courageous,resolute will and quality associated with,fuse.2.Good predictive capabilities,accurate and decisive shot judgment push package is a plug pack to protect the key to effective implementation of laws.3.High sense of responsibility,safety awareness and attention is a prerequisite for the effective implementation of Cyprus package.4.Appropriate protection pad,the shortest route,time of shooting to ensure the successful implementation of the protection plug pack.
