摘要
三江源区生态环境保护与建设项目是一项涉及面广、群众性、政策性强,复杂的、系统的工程。在项目区通过草地综合治理,使草地生态功能逐步自我恢复,最终实现牧民生活奔向小康,人与自然和谐与可持续发展的目标。
Three Rivers project involves construction of a broad mass,the work of a strong policy is a complicated systematic project,in the comprehensive management of grassland project areas vigorously,not to engage in large-scale ecological migrants,the final towards the realization of Henan County herders living off grass and gradually self-restoration of ecological functions,human and nature of work and ideas of sustainable development goals.
