摘要
以钛酸正四丁酯为原料、无水乙醇为溶剂、40~60目人造沸石为载体,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备负载型TiO2光催化剂.利用40 W(λ=253.7 nm)紫外线杀菌灯为光源的自制反应器进行光催化氧化实验.结果表明,当亚甲基蓝染料的初始浓度为15 mg/L,样品的煅烧温度为400℃,pH=2,催化剂的投加量为2.5 g/L,反应时间2.5 h,脱色率达80%以上.
With using Ti(OBu)4 as material,anhydrous ethanol as solvent,artificial zeolite(mesh for 40~60) as the carrier,the immobilized TiO2 photocatalyst was prepared by Sol-Gel technique.The photocatalytic oxidation experiment was implemented in a self-made reactor whose light resource is from the 40 W(253.7nm) ultraviolet radiation antiseptic lamp.The result indicates that the decoloration rate can reach over 80% when the initial concentration of the methylene blue is 15 ml/L,the heating temperature is 450 ℃,PH is about 2,the adding amount of catalyst is about 2.5 g/L and the reaction time is 2.5 h.
