根据有机硅单体合成反应机理和反应动力学,研究了原料硅粉质量、粒度及粒度分布对二甲基二氯硅烷选择性的影响,并对提高二甲基二氯硅烷选择性提出了建议.

Based on the mechanism and kinetics of the synthesis of organic silicon monomer reaction,this paper studied the effect of the quality of raw material silicon powder,particle size and size distribution on the selectivity of 2-methyl dichlorosilane,and proposed the suggestion of improving the selectivity of dimethyl dichlorosilane.
