摘要
目前工业计算机控制系统的调试都是在现场进行的,使得工程周期很长.为了能在实验室进行调试,缩短开发周期,用VC++来模拟现场对象,在实验室进行预先调试,达到预期的结果,然后到现场后再进行细调,使得现场调试很容易实现管理.PLC在以太网中可以方便地实现与上位计算机、其他PLC等的通信、数据交换、监控与管理.应用表明,基于以太网的PLC控制系统,具有较高的使用价值,值得在工业控制中推广.以PLC控制系统为背景,采用以太网进行主机和PLC的通讯,并实现了现场的实时仿真.
The debugging process of industrial computer control system nowadays is operated almost in the field.In order to shorten the development cycle,the debugging is supposed to be operated at the laboratory.This paper simulates the field object through VC++,debugs the system at laboratory in advance,then makes the fine debugging in the field.This paper takes the PLC control system as the background,uses the Ethernet network for the communication between host computers and PLC.So the real-time simulation of the field system is achieved.
