摘要
汽车电喷系统中功率器件的设计和保护对于发动机的正常工作至关重要。本文着重从汽车环境对功率器件的要求进行探讨,根据喷油阀驱动电流和工作频率的特点,提出采用普通双极功率管并加以动态保护电路,达到既可靠又经济地实现对电磁阀的驱动的目的。
For the regular performance of fuel engine,it is critical to design and protect the power transistors in the auto electronic fuel injection system.Depending on the characteristics of driving current,voltage and working frequency of solenoid valve injector,we have presented that,with standard bipolar technology and active protection circuits,the driving of injector can be realized reliably and economically.
