摘要
目的:探讨UPLC法同时测定猪肝中5种磺胺类药物与氯丙嗪残留量的效果。方法:建立猪肝中磺胺二甲基嘧啶(SM2)、磺胺甲唑(SMZ)、磺胺间甲氧嘧啶(SMM)、磺胺二甲氧嘧啶(SDM)、磺胺喹恶啉(SQ)共5种磺胺类药物和氯丙嗪残留检测的超高效液相色谱(UPLC)法。结果:6种组分在20~1000ng/ml浓度范围内,呈良好线性关系,相关系数均大于0.998;方法检出限为20ng/g,定量限为50ng/g;在猪肝中添加浓度分别为50、100、200ng/g时,平均回收率为76.4%~95.4%,RSD≤9.28%。结论:UPLC法同时检测氯丙嗪与5种磺胺类药物优点较多,值得进一步研究探讨。
Objective: To study the effects of UPLC Simultaneous Determination of Five Sulfonamides and Chlorpromazine Residues in Pig liver. Methods: A UPLC method was established for chlorpromazine and five sulfonamides including sulfadimidine(SM2)、sulfamonomethoxine(SMM)、sulfamethoxazole(SMZ)、sulfadimethoxine(SDM)and sulfaquinoxaline(SQ), in pig liver. Results: The calibration curve was good linear between the peak areas and concentrations of sulfonamides from 20 to 1 000 ng/ml,the correlation coefficient r0.998.The limit of detection was 20 ng/g;The limit of quantification Was 50 ng/g. The average recoveries from spiked pig muscle and milk at the three concentrations of 50 ,100 an d200 ng/g ranged from 76.4%-95.4%, and intra-day and inter-day(n=5)batch variation coefficients were less than 9.28%. Conclusion: The ad vantages of UPLC Simultaneous Determination of Five Sulfonamides and Chlorpromazine Residues in Pig liver are more , and is worthy of further studying.
