椎弓崩裂与腰椎滑脱的影像学诊断

摘要 目的:探讨椎弓崩裂与腰椎滑脱的X线平片与CT扫描诊断价值及限度。方法:回顾分析经临床确诊的28例椎弓崩裂患者的X线平片、CT检查结果,比较两者对诊断的价值和限度。结果:18例患者进行了CR正侧位摄片检查,检出椎弓崩裂5例,另3例加摄斜位片确诊;28例患者均进行了CT检查,检出椎弓崩裂25例。结论:CT扫描比X线平片对椎弓崩裂与腰椎滑脱的诊断更具优势,X线平片投照技术和CT合理的扫描计划是发现椎弓崩裂与腰椎滑脱的关键。 Objective:To explore the value and limitations of X-ray film and CT scan in spondylolysis and spondylolisthesis of the lumbar spine.Methods:The results (X-ray film and CT scan) of spondylolysis and spondylolisthesis of the lumbar spine confirmed by clinical diagnosis in 28 cases were retrospectively analysed.The value and limitations between them in diagnosing this disease were exposed.Results:18 patients proceeded CR film,5 cases of spondylolysis and the other 3 cases of confirmed plus photo oblique.All 28 patients proceeded the CT scans,the examined outs 25 cases spondylolysis of the lumbar spine.Conclusion:The CT scan has the advantage over the X-ray film in diagnosis spondylolysis and spondylolisthesis of the lumbar spine,but the X-ray film on the taking a picture technique and the CT scans on the establishing plan is a key to discovering spondylolysis of lumbar spine.
