针刺结合长龙灸治疗强直性脊柱炎60例临床研究

Acupuncture combined with Changlong acupuncture treat ankylosing spondylitis of 60 cases

目的:观察针刺结合长龙灸治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法:将140例强直性脊柱炎患者按3:3:1的比例随机分为3组,分别采用针刺、针刺结合长龙灸及传统风湿专科药物治疗,观察疗效。结果:3组总有效率分别为82.5%、85.0%、75.0%。结论:针刺结合长龙灸治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效要优于单用药物或针刺治疗,且无毒副反应,可作为治疗本病的有效手段。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with Changlong acupuncture treat ankylosing spondylitis. Methods： 140 cases of AS patients were randomly divided into 3 groups by the ratio of 3：3：1, with acupuncture, acupuncture combined with Changlong acupuncture, and traditional medicine treatment of rheumatism specialist, effects were observed. Results： The total effective rate of the three groups were 82.5%, 85.0%, 75.0%. Conclusion： Acupuncture combined with Changlong acupuncture treat ankylosing spondylitis the efficacy superior to single drugs or acupuncture treatment, non-toxic side effects, can be used as an effective means of treatment of this disease.
