俯卧位脊柱手术致压疮的相关因素与对策

The causing analyzing and countermeasure of pressure ulcer in patients in prone position during spinal surgery

目的:探讨俯卧位脊柱手术患者术中发生压疮的原因及护理对策。方法:对116例俯卧位脊柱手术患者加强术中体位护理,合理摆放手术体位,对皮肤接触点做好充分保护,利用镜子的反射作用直观地观察头面部与头托的对应关系,并同步作出准确调整。结果:本组手术患者由于得到有效的护理措施,未发生因手术体位摆放不当而出现的压疮。结论:为手术患者摆放合理的手术体位,加强患者受压部位的护理,可以有效预防术中压疮的发生,提高手术护理质量。

Objective： To investigate the causing and Nursing Countermeasure of pressure ulcer in patients in Prone position during spinal surgery. Methods： Strengthen the body-position manage in 116 patients during spinal surgery, such as rational placement of posture and sufficient protection to the skin touch point. Observed the correlation of the maxillofacial area and head prop intuitive, and gave accurate Adjustment synchronously. Results： Since the series of effective measure of nursing, no bedsore occurred due to inappropriate placement of posture in all patients. Conclusion： It can prevent the bedsore efficiently and improve the quality of nursing by giving rational Operative Posture, strengthen the care of Compression parts.
