摘要
女大学生的就业状况相对于男大学生而言更为严峻,就业权平等无法得到真正落实。以社会性别为视角进行原因分析,主要由自然生理差异、雇主性别取向、劳动者个人基于性别所作的选择、社会制度中渗透的性别观点等所造成。应当在法律制度、社会保障制度、文化制度中推行"社会性别主流化"的观点和措施,以保障女大学生平等就业权的真正实现。
Because equal rights to employment have not been truly implemented female college students are facing a grimmer employment situation than the male students. We attempt to analyze the causes of the problem in terms of social gender, such as natural physiological differences, employers' sex preference, employees' gender-based selection ,gender perspective in the social system, etc. In order to truly implement equal rights to employment for female students, it is necessary to implement "social gender mainstreaming" in the legal system, social security system and cultural system.
