Construction of Multidimensional Financial Management Objectives Based on Enterprise Life Cycle

企业价值最大化是企业财务管理的最优目标,但价值最大化目标存在目标不明晰、不便于操作的缺点。北美82家公司目标调查结果显示:在中国构建基于企业生命周期的多层次、多元化财务管理目标体系是必要的和可行的。将企业理财目标分为总目标和短期目标,以价值最大化作为总目标或者理财观念,以利润最大化、增长率、市场份额、社会责任等作为短期目标,并结合企业生命周期不同阶段的主要矛盾和特点,选择不同的短期理财目标。

Maximization of enterprise value is the optimal goal of financial management, but it is hard to define and carry out the goal of maximization of enterprise value. The survey result of 82 corporate goals in North America shows that it is necessary and feasible to construct a multi-level, diversified target system of the finance management based on the enterprise life cycle in China. The financial management goals of enterprises can be divided into the overall goal and short-term goals with value maximization as the overall goal, or financial management concept and profit maximization, growth rate, market share and social responsibility as short-term goals. Various short-term financial management goals can be dicided based on principal contradictions and features of different stages of the life cycle of enterprises （start-up, growth, maturity and decline）
