创造教育是目前高等教育人才培养和教学改革的核心内容,考试制度是否完善对培养创造性人才具有重要的导向功能。制约创新型人才培养的因素有很多,包括传统的教育思想、现行的评价体系、考试制度伦理缺陷等。高等教育需要转变传统教育思想和理念,改革现行考试制度,因此可以从教育环境、考试内容、方法和评价体系多方面探索培养创新型人才的途径,注重学生个性发展,培养知识经济时代需要的多元化、多样化创新型人才。

Creative education is the focus of cultivating talented people and teaching reform in higher education. The improvement of test system plays a leading role in cultivating creative people. Cultivation of creative people is affected by many factors, including traditional ideas of education, present evaluation system, deficiencies of test system, etc.. For higher education, traditional ideas of education and concepts should be changed, and the present test system reformed. Approaches to cultivating creative talents can be tried out in test contents, test methods and test evaluation system and other aspects. We should attach importance to development of students＇ personality in order to cultivate comprehensive and creative talents needed in the time of intellectual economy.
