病毒灭活新鲜冰冻血浆质量控制指标分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨MB法病毒灭活新鲜冰冻血浆的质量控制指标。方法随机抽取200 ml新鲜血浆,每例平均分成两份,一组进行病毒灭活,一组不进行,分别检测两组中Fib、TP、FⅧ因子含量,用t检验进行统计学分析。结果两组血浆中Fib、TP含量均无统计学意义(P>0.05),FⅧ因子病毒灭活后回收率为79.5%,含量下降,与灭活前相比差异有统计学意义。结论MB法病毒灭活新鲜冰冻血浆可以沿用GB18469-2001国家标准。
