摘要
通过在ZG35CrMo铸钢中加入适量的RE-Ca,可使钢的一次晶细化,魏氏组织基本消除,铁素体沿晶界网状分布得以改善,非金属夹杂物弥散均匀分布,从而使钢具有较高的综合力学性能,克服了一般低合金钢的热裂倾向大的缺点。
Through adding an amount of RE-Ca to ZG35CrMo cast steel,the size of primary grain of the cast steel can be refined,the Widmanttaten structure can be almost eliminated,the ferrite network distribution can be improved and dispersively and evenly distributed non-metallic inclusions can be obtained,with the result that good synthetic property can be obtained and the crack forming tendency of plain lowalloy cast steel can be almost eliminated.
