凯芬用于腹腔镜手术术后镇痛疗效分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的评价凯芬(氟比洛芬酯)在腹腔镜手术后患者自控静脉镇痛的效果和安全性。方法腹腔镜手术患者50例,随机分成实验组和对照组。实验组:凯芬100 mg+芬太尼0.5 mg+生理盐水共100 ml;对照组芬太尼1.0 mg+生理盐水至100 ml,背景输注速率均为2 ml/h。术后定时观察视觉模拟镇痛评分法(VAS)评分,48h镇痛药物用量及不良反应的发生情况。结果两组VAS、BCS与B组之间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),对照组头晕、恶心、呕吐、皮肤瘙痒及尿潴留均高于A组(P<0.05)。结论凯芬复合芬太尼用于腹腔镜手术术后静脉镇痛效果相当,但使用凯芬静脉镇痛的不良反应较少,是术后PCIA治疗的一种安全有效的药物,值得推广应用。
